AIRWIDE SOLUTIONS LAUNCHES A SMARTER MESSAGING GATEWAY

London, June 15, 2005 - airwide solutions, a global provider of mobile infrastructure software to enable secure mobile messaging, mobile device management and fraud prevention solutions to wireless operators, today announces the launch of its new airgate, a messaging gateway that allows mobile operators to quickly integrate applications into their network. airgate enables the delivery of a wide range of new and exciting SMS and MMS-based mobile data services designed to increase revenue and customer loyalty.

The new airgate product closes the gap between multiple third party service providers, and a mobile operator's messaging infrastructure by acting as a service provider access gateway. It ensures that only verified and safe traffic can enter the operator's network. In addition, It also enforces service level agreement (SLA) between mobile operators and each Value Added Service Provider (VASP).

airgate enables operators to simplify and accelerate the activation and settlement process, therefore allowing VASP to offer new content more quickly. Finally, instead of being limited to individual service access management, airgate also provides a flexible business process framework that allows a VASP to self-register, manage and initiate delivery of its own content and applications under the control of the operator.
